in order for the earbuds to sound good you have to have a tight seal someone needs to work on that but I figured out a temporary way get the biggest one you can that will fit in your ear of the tightest and I know when you start to push it in and it will want to push back so what you do is specially with these earbuds cuz they have a little weight to them push the earbud in and turn twist in other words so that the rubber end cap on the earbud gets twisted and forms a seal it'll take you a couple of minutes but it's worth the effort once in snuggly you should not be able to hear much other than just some outside low noise after that hook up your earbuds to your phone or whatever device you're using to listen to your music make sure you got aptx or better yet aptx HD and you will
